Cheerleading is coming to Tenby in 2026!
It is part of the Suzanne Scale Performing Arts School, which was established in 2005 in Cardiff. Suzanne and her daughter Ava, moved to Tenby in 2017 and are now excited to bring cheer and dance to Tenby. Suzanne has owned a theatre school in Cardiff since 2005, and a cheerleading team since 2010. The Cardiff cheer team "Cheerstars” won many awards in British cheerleading competitions. The team prides itself in offering high quality tuition and performance experience to make your children more confident and happy individuals, whilst offering many opportunities to budding stars.

Coach Suzanne

Suzanne has 25+ years of teaching experience. Including 10+ years of coaching cheerleading up to level 3. Suzanne is a qualified British Cheerleading Association (BCA) coach, and a registered dance teacher with British Ballet Organisation (BBO). Suzanne has extensive experience with ALN children, and is fluent in British sign language.

Coach Ava

Ava is a qualified British Cheerleading Association (BCA) coach. Ava is currently competing in national cheerleading competitions, and has been a dancer and cheerleader all her life. She has many years experience of assisting in primary schools, coaching cheer classes and teaching dance. She is currently working towards many teaching courses such as the supporting, teaching and learning course, and child psychology.
